About these terms
These terms explain the permitted use of the Valkyra Labs website and its enquiry and meeting-booking features. Read them with our privacy policy. If you cannot use the website consistently with these conditions, please contact us about an alternative way to communicate.
Software projects, subscriptions and other paid services require a separate agreement covering their scope, fees, delivery, ownership and any additional data-processing terms. Sending an enquiry or requesting a meeting does not create a paid engagement or authorize a charge.
Enquiries and meeting bookings
Provide accurate contact details and only request meetings you intend to attend. A time selection or an interrupted request is not proof of a confirmed appointment: use the booking confirmation and calendar invitation to check its status.
Availability depends on the connected host’s calendar, working hours and existing reservations. Google access, connection failures or calendar changes can affect availability. If a booking remains pending or you need to change or cancel it, contact Valkyra Labs before submitting multiple requests for the same meeting.
Meeting preparation and enquiry follow-ups may be recorded in our CRM. A meeting request does not guarantee a project quotation, delivery date or service outcome. Google Meet links and invitation delivery depend on the connected Google account and provider features.
Responsible use
You must have authority to submit the information you provide. Do not use the website or its widgets to send spam, impersonate someone, make fraudulent bookings, access another person’s account, introduce malicious code, bypass access controls or disrupt the service.
CRM members must protect their accounts and connect only a Google account they are authorized to use. Calendar access is granted through Google’s consent process; never send us a Google password through a website form.
We may restrict abusive requests or access when reasonably necessary to protect the service and its users. This does not remove rights you have under an existing service agreement or applicable law.
Information and materials you submit
You retain your rights in the information and materials you submit. You authorize us to process them as needed to respond, arrange your meeting, carry out an agreed service and maintain the related records described in the privacy policy.
Do not include passwords, payment-card details or sensitive material that is unnecessary for an initial enquiry. If a project requires confidential documents, agree a suitable transfer method with us first.
Google and other third-party services
Calendar authorization, invitations and any Google Meet service are provided through Google and are also subject to Google’s terms and privacy practices. Our access and use are explained in the Google Calendar disclosure.
Links and portfolio previews may open services operated by other parties. Their availability and content can change, and their own terms apply. A link does not create a warranty or an endorsement of every statement on that service.
Website materials
Unless otherwise stated, website text, design, branding and other materials belong to Valkyra Labs or their respective licensors. You may view the website and share links to it. Further copying or reuse requires permission unless applicable law allows it.
Examples, portfolio demonstrations and general website information describe our work; they are not a substitute for the written scope and commitments of your specific project.
Availability and your rights
We take reasonable care with website information and operation, but online services may be interrupted, contain errors or require maintenance. We will consider reported problems and corrections through our contact form.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, remedy or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law provides mandatory rights, those rights continue to apply. Any specific service warranties or limitations must be read in the separate service agreement and subject to those rights.
Updates and contact
We may revise these website terms as the website and booking features change, and will show the updated date on this page. A website update does not by itself change a signed service agreement or remove accrued rights.
